Wow…it is 2025!  Can you believe it! IAHA is pleased to invite you as a vendor to housing authorities to join us at the 2025 Maintenance and Management Clinic. This is a great way to reach many housing authorities at one time.

The theme for 2025 is “Unlocking the Mysteries of Housing”.

What does your registration include?

Exhibitor Times (tentative schedule):

Wednesday, April 2 – 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM Exhibitor Set Up

Wednesday, April 2 – 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Attendee time with vendors

This is your opportunity to visit and show attendees your products.  The evening meal and festivities will be held in the Exhibitor Hall. There will be numerous drawings for attendees during this time in the Exhibitor Hall.

Wednesday, April 2 – 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM Exhibitor prize drawing announced

Wednesday, April 2 – 8:00 PM to ??   Exhibitors are welcome to attend the hospitality room to continue discussions.

Thursday, April 3 – 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM Exhibitor Appreciation Breakfast

We want to give you time to tell a little bit about your company. We will begin at at 8:30 AM. 

Thursday, April 3 – 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Exhibitor Hall is Open

The morning break will be in the Exhibitor Hall, allowing attendees one more chance to talk with you.  There will also be other incentives to draw attendees into the Exhibitor Hall.

Tear down can begin at 11:00 AM.

While the Exhibitor Hall will be closed after Thursday at 11:00 AM, exhibitors are encouraged to join us for the remainder of the conference.  

Booth:

Each exhibitor will have a pipe and drape booth space that is 10 feet by 8 feet.  The space will have one 72” x 24” draped display table; two folding chairs; and an 8-foot backdrop and 3-foot side drapes. There will be a sign in the booth space with the exhibitor’s name and booth number. The sign is 7” x 44”.

Sponsorship:

IAHA has a Year Long Sponsorship program. This allows your company name to be in front of IAHA members every time the Website is accessed. Information regarding this program is on the website. Sponsorship includes marketing at the event as well as website marketing.

The hotel reservation will close on March 2^nd, 2025. The deadline for rooms has been extended to Friday, March 7th.

 Marketing Your Company:

As a benefit to be a vendor at the clinic, you will receive a quarter page ad in the clinic book.  If you are a Platinum or Gold Sponsor, you receive a full-page ad.  If you are a Silver Sponsor, it is a half-page ad. Please send your ad to Kate no later than March 3, 2025 or inclusion in the clinic book.

IAHA Cancellation Policy: PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION EITHER BY CHECK OR CREDIT CARD.   If you cancel your registration 30 days prior to this event, you will receive your vendor registration fee, less a $200.00 administrative and marketing fee. Cancellations received 30 days or later will receive no refund. No shows will be billed the full registration fee. Registrations for booths, cannot be transferred.
