The theme in 2022....Salute to Service!

IAHA is very excited to bring back in person the Maintenance & Management Clinic!  We are looking forward to great networking, education and fun.  In the last two years there have been many changes within both housing authorities and companies.  It will be nice to reintroduce yourself and see what needs the housing authorities have that you can fill.

What does your registration include?

Exhibitor Times (tentative schedule):

Wednesday, April 6 – 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM Exhibitor Set Up

Wednesday, April 6 – 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Attendee time with vendors

This is your opportunity to visit and show attendees your products.  The evening meal and festivities will be held in the Exhibitor Hall. There will be numerous drawings for attendees during this time in the Exhibitor Hall.

Wednesday, April 6 – 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM Exhibitor prize drawing announced

Wednesday, April 6 – 8:00 PM to ??   Exhibitors are welcome to attend the hospitality room to continue discussions.

Thursday, April 7 – 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM Exhibitor Appreciation Breakfast

We provide exhibitors with a gift in appreciation of their commitment to our members.  Gifts will be presented to each exhibitor at 8:45 AM. You will also have a minute to introduce yourself and your product.

Thursday, April 7 – 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Exhibitor Hall is Open

The morning break will be in the Exhibitor Hall, allowing attendees one more chance to talk with you.  There will also be other incentives to draw attendees into the Exhibitor Hall.

Tear down can begin at 11:00 AM.

While the Exhibitor Hall will be closed after Thursday at 11:00 AM, exhibitors are encouraged to join us for the remainder of the conference.  

Booth:

Each exhibitor will have a pipe and drape booth space that is 10 feet by 8 feet.  The space will have one 72” x 24” draped display table; two folding chairs; one electrical outlet and an 8-foot backdrop and 3-foot side drapes. There will be a sign in the booth space with the exhibitor’s name and booth number. The sign is 7” x 44”.

Sponsorship:

IAHA has a Year Long Sponsorship program. This allows your company name to be in front of IAHA members every time the Website is accessed. Information regarding this program is on the website. Sponsorship includes marketing at the event as well as the website marketing.

Hotel Reservations:

To book your hotel room at the Crowne Plaza Springfield, you can either call central reservations at 800-227-6963 or use the Group Code of Y8M.  You can also click on the  2022.Illinois Association of Housing Authority link.  The hotel cut-off is March 15, 2022. Hotel rates are $115 per room.  The hotel cut-off has been extended to March 22nd.

Marketing Your Company:

As a benefit to be a vendor at the clinic, you will receive a quarter page ad in the clinic book.  If you are a Platinum or Gold Sponsor, you receive a full-page ad.  If you are a Silver Sponsor, it is a half-page ad. Please send your ad to Kate no later than March 11, 2022 or inclusion in the clinic book.

IAHA Cancellation Policy: PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION EITHER BY CHECK OR CREDIT CARD.   If you cancel your registration 30 days prior to this event, you will receive your vendor registration fee, less a $200.00 administrative and marketing fee. Cancellations received 30 days or later will receive no refund. No shows will be billed the full registration fee. Registrations cannot be transferred.
