2 - Quote, Bids and Proposals, Oh My! - Sooner or later every housing agency needs to prcure items and ervices which cost over $2000 and must conduct Quotations for Small Purchases (QSP), an Invitation for Bids (IFB), a Request for Proposals (RFP) and/or a Request for Qualifications (RFQ).  This session includes an overview of each.
