The IAHA Annual Meeting will be held on September 24 to 26, 2014.

The agenda this year is both educational and entertaining. You’ll hear about the history of the housing authorities, ask an attorney your pertinent legal questions and then have a lot of fun with Chicken Lips. This event is designed for any or all of your HA staff…bring a co-worker!

AHRMA presents Old National Insurance (ONI) Fred Danner will provide information on Insurance theory and ancillary coverage’s. That is coverage AHRMA does not provide but works with ONI to provide such as: fiduciary liability, daycare liability, employee dishonesty or crime, etc.

Chicken Lips presents “Leadership and Laughter”
Leadership and Laughter begins by creating a safe, relaxed environment which helps participants take that step (sometimes leap) outside of their comfort zone. A variety of exercises (verbal, written and minor physical) in a variety of groupings causes inventive, innovative thinking, stress-reducing "mental play" and physical relaxation, and brings a sense of joy to the group.
