Jim has been a tester/observer for Therapy Dogs, Inc for 10 years.  Since 2001, he has screened over 700 dog handler teams and certified over 175 specifically for the acute care hospital environment.  Current clients include Edward Hospital, Northwest Community Hospital, OSF St. Anthony Medical Center, Palos Community Hospital, Linden Oaks Behavioral Health Facility, and OSF St. Francis Anthony Medical Center.

We are experts in scent detection and recently started applying our expertise by training bedbug detection dogs to sell to companies in need and offer a consultation service for people who need help with their dogs. We have been recognized and approved for over 25 years by Federal DEA for the training of narcotic detection dogs. We have procured, trained and supplied dogs for several local law enforcement agencies, U.S. Customs, and ATF. We do random drug searches in several school systems to work pro-actively to keep drugs off of school property. We work in the private sector, homes and businesses to check and or verify if drugs are or have been present. We offer consulting and training for companies to ensure that the dogs training  is  properly maintained and the record keeping is sufficient to withstand legal scrutiny.

Noon - 1:00 P.M. - Lunch is included

1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. - Derek Antoine, Knox County - Derek will moderate attendee discussions around problems and solutions when dealing with beg bugs.
