This is not another rent-calculation course. The workshop focuses on the agency decisions and operational changes behind successful implementation: policy choices, ACOP and Administrative Plan revisions, forms, software testing, desk procedures, staff preparation, communications, and oversight. Participants will also examine how to manage pending transactions, identify errors, and verify that corrections reach the affected families and records.    

The day will move through four connected priorities: lead the implementation, turn rules into policy, put policy into practice, and verify results and close gaps.

Designed for executive directors, property managers, and program managers, the training brings the leadership and day-to-day processing perspectives together. Whether your agency is completing its preparations or reviewing processes already in use, the focus is on identifying unfinished work and making the next steps clear.
