Join IAHA and BDO for this 1.5 day session that will provide financial basic training on the HCV program for all PHA staff. In addition, we will discuss; EHV transition to HCV and/or Mainstream vouchers, proposed PHAS, SF-425 reporting, LIPH cash management and LIPH order of operating expenditures.

• Define allowable costs for HUD programs
• Describe cost allocation methodologies
• Analyze various options for calculations of interest earned on LIPH operating subsidy
• Identify the order of operating expenditures for LIPH
• Determine the number of EHVs that can be transferred to HCV as and Mainstream

Education will be held on Tuesday, November 18 at 9am to 4:30pm. Lunch on your own will be from 12pm to 1:30pm.
Education will resume on Wednesday, November 19 at 9am to noon.
